It means that you can personally watch it in the privacy of your own home and NOWHERE ELSE, nor are you allowed to make any money off of it by selling it without the express written permission of the copyright holder(s).

Not in it's entirety, but if I remember correctly, you CAN use excerpts from it for educational purposes. If you want to show it in it's entirety in front of an audience (except for relatives and/or family members) however you will need to get written permission from the copyright holders.
